Ownership is a commitment

JUSTIMMO is an owner-managed family holding company based in Cologne, founder-built and still founder-led. As the parent company, it brings together the family's property and project companies.

Founder and managing director Julian Stumpf brings 25 years of financing and 22 years of construction experience, 20 of them as the owner of his own companies.

We develop, build, finance and hold for our own account. We invest our own capital and structure the financing ourselves; management stays in-house, not with third parties. We are neither a broker nor a service provider: we work without an outside mandate, and without a fixed exit date for our portfolio.

Everything else follows from that: quality over exit returns, modernisation before it becomes necessary, and still being reachable long after others have moved on.
