JUSTIMMO is an owner-managed family holding company based in Cologne, built up in the first generation. We develop, build and hold real estate for our own account.

That changes how a building gets planned. When you operate a property yourself for the long run, you decide differently: more durable in substance, more careful in detail, and more dependable towards the people who live and work there.
