JUSTIMMO is an owner-managed family holding company based in Cologne, built up in the first generation. As a holding company we bring together the family's property and project companies.
We develop, build and hold for our own account. We invest our own capital and manage our holdings ourselves. Management stays in house, not with third parties. We are neither a broker nor a service provider; we work without an outside mandate and without an exit date in the calendar.
Everything else follows from that: substance before sale proceeds, modernisation before it becomes necessary, and still being reachable long after others have moved on.
